Life of a Poor Working Girl ('',)

It's pass midnight on a Saturday morning. This signifies the start of the weekend. I'm kinda hating the weekends now because i'll lose all momentum for work within the two days of rest and monday will be a terrible day to pick up the momentum again. Hate to think that i'll be repeating this cycle every single week for the rest of the 6 months.

29th August 2006 will be my second month anniversary. Time flies, i can still vividly remember the first day of work. I can even remember what happended for the interview and the parting words at the lobby.

"When can you start work?"
"Immediate"

First impressions:

Looks: As they say looks can be deceiving~ :p
Heard from various colleagues that i don't look local. They even guessed my nationality right from the first day i came. They were 100% sure i'm not a local, even till today they still doubt that i'm a pure-bred Singaporean. I really am!

Toilets:
Now this is the place where one has to go often, and must feel secure in. Why do i say secure? Because, there's toilets located on each floor. The floor i'm on has three cubicles. Now there's nothing wrong with the cubicles, what is wrong my dear is the doors and the floor! The doors gave me an unsecured feeling right from the start. Because it's shaft like where you can actually angle yourself and look out from either side of the door. So frightening! Can't even do anything in peace. Imagine feeling all jittery in the place where you need to feel most at peace with. The floor needless to say are shiny and things that are shiny reflects. Go figure. I'm so not a pervert i'm just paranoid.

Train & Bus:
Humans are habitual beings. I recognise the same people each morning.
The same bus driver from my bus-stop.
The same spectacled-guy sleeping in the same cabin.
The two couples who alights at woodlands. (Reason why i noticed: Because to secure a seat i'll just stand in front of them, sure to get a seat by the time i reach woodlands) :) (Christine uses the same method she aims at students getting down at yck) (Good method i must say)
The same guy who gave up his seat to pregnant ladies.
The same old me sitting the train bound for the same old place.
The same old me doing stunts on the bus bound for office.
Utterly embarassing.
My sister says only i'm capable of doing this kind of drama.
Her exact words were: " how come this kind of drama only happens in your life?"
Me: "Ask God."

Come what may
